Construction is coming along nicely at the top of the Gondola, and you can expect to see to the fruits of the workers’ labors this winter.
The first thing you’ll notice when getting off of the Gondola will be the Boulder Cove Challenge, located directly behind the large trail map at the base of the stairs. Designed to blend into the natural surroundings, the Boulder Cove Challenge will be a ropes course and should be finished by mid-October.
A second ropes course, The Bear Cave Challenge, located near the children’s ski and ride school building, is about a week away from being completely finished.
Construction on the Discovery Forest Canopy Tour is set to really pick up over the next few weeks, with an estimated finish date of early November.
While you’ll be able to view these three specific activities this winter, they are slated to open to the public for use next summer.
