The holidays are upon us and Heavenly has filled 13 days of exciting, festive events. Below is your guide to Heavenly Holidays 2011. So, bundle up and head down to Heavenly Village!

Take the kids for a unique visit to old St. Nick in Santa’s Workshop Snow Globe, a 16-foot interactive snow globe. Complete with a DJ playing holiday music, the Snow Globe will be open from 2:00-7:00 p.m. from December 20-24. On the 24th, special musical guests the Dickens Boys will be dressed in costume and playing holiday music on string and wind instruments.

While Santa is busy delivering gifts on Christmas Day, the Snow Globe will still be open to the public for family photos from 12:00-4:00 p.m. The Dickens Boys will also be playing throughout Heavenly Village.

Heavenly Holidays Concert Series will feature a different band for four straight days from 2:00-4:30 p.m. near the Gondola. Check out this lineup:

Dec. 26 – Jelly Bread
Dec. 27 – Lavish Green
Dec. 28 – The Trey Stone Band
Dec. 29 – Tragically White

The Heavenly Holidays Ice Spectacular Ice Skating Show on December 29 and 30 at 7:00 p.m. will feature a free 20-minute professional ice skating show at the Heavenly Village Ice Rink.

On December 30, the ice skating show will be followed by “Fear No Ice,” a thrilling ice sculpting performance.

All this leads up to the biggest night of all – New Year’s Eve. The evening will feature interactive games and experiences, such as snowboard simulators, one-of-a-kind photo opportunities, magic, stilt walkers, illusionists, balloon animals, face painting and more.

The party kicks off at 6:00 p.m. with a live concert by Band X, who will be playing throughout the evening. The sparks and ice will fly as “Firegroove” performs two separate fire shows and “Fear No Ice” will return for a second ice sculpting show, themed: “Rock N Roll.” The evening culminates with a countdown to 2012 at 9:00 p.m. with a lighted Gondola Ball Drop and riveting fireworks show.

Wishing you Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!
