The news we’ve all been waiting for, tomorrow you will be able to ski and ride in two states at Heavenly! Thursday’s storm brought 4 inches of fresh snow and cold temps, ideal for snowmaking. The West Coast’s largest snowmaking system was able to crank out a massive about of snow and our groomers are ready to lay down that perfect corduroy for you tonight.
Tomorrow, lifts start spinning at 8:30 am and we’ll be running 19 lifts accessing 17 trails for 13.5 miles of skiable terrain. New terrain will include Ridge Run, Patsy’s, Maggie’s, Skyline Trail, Sky Chute, and the beginner areas of the Enchanted Forest and DMZ near the California Main Lodge. Also, with the opening of Skyline Trail and California Trail, you’ll be able to ski and ride to and from the California side to the Nevada side and access top-to-bottom skiing and riding on the Nevada side.
Note: Round-A-Bout, Gunbarrel, and East Bowl will not be open. You may download either the Tram or Gunbarrel Express on the California side.
Ski and Ride School will now offer both adult and children’s lessons out of the California Main Lodge and the Heavenly Gondola. Book your coach today!
