Latest Storm Brings 2ft-3.5ft of snow!

With 42” of new snow since Thursday, Heavenly is opening additional terrain today and will be opening more later in the week. On Monday, we opened Comet Express and Comet Trail. Thanks to the hard work of our grooming, Ski Patrol and mountain operations teams, we will be opening all terrain from Milky Way Bowl to Comet Trail today, including tree skiing! In total, we will have 331 skiable acres open.

The Gondola is still your main access point to the mountain, and it will take you to Tamarack Express, Dipper Express, Comet Express and three magic carpets at Adventure Peak for beginners and Ski and Ride School. Tamarack Lodge and East Peak Lodge will both be open for dining, with Unbuckle at Tamarack Lodge, taking place daily from 3:30-5:30 p.m. with half-price drinks and appetizer specials.

Looking ahead, we will be expanding to the California side later this week and opening terrain on that portion of the mountain.

In addition to more terrain opening, this weekend we will have on-mountain concerts outside Tamarack Lodge as part of Winter Ignite. Check out the lineup below, and we hope to see you there!

Friday, December 7 (1:30-3:30 p.m.) – Natural Heights
