Snowmaking and Grooming Update 1/12/12

Good morning skiers and riders! Snowmakers blasted a lot of snow last night on Boulder Bowl, Stagecoach, Dipper, Olympic Downhill, Big Easy, Ante Up terrain park, California Trail, Round-a-Bout, DMZ, World Cup and Skyline Trail. Our snowmaking team blasts snow every time the temperatures allow and it looks like temperatures will drop even more the beginning of next week. There is also a  possibility of some natural snow by the end of next week so keep a lookout for that!

Grooming was done on 24 trails last night making fresh corduroy on over 13 miles of terrain. Skiers and riders can enjoy 2400 vertical feet of skiing today.

Check out the Grooming Map for today.

Please note that you can ski and ride from NV to CA today but not the reverse at this time. Free shuttle busses will be running between all 4 base lodges. Play it safe, play all season!
