The Salomon and Bonfire teams decided to take a break from their usual packed shooting and riding schedules to go on a little TEAM VACATION tour, were they travel around and just have fun together. The Team heard about Heavenly’s notoriously awesome, and freshly rebuilt, terrain park on Ante Up and decided to pass through to take some laps!
That means, when you ride Tamarack Express on Sunday, December 11 that sick rider you watch boot the first 40-footer in the park might very well be Chris Grenier, Desiree Melancon, Chris Carr, Scotty Arnold, or Harrison Gordon.
After sliding some snow with the best of the best, be sure to stop at the Tamarack Lodge at 3:00 pm for the most rockin’ Apres Ski party. An EpicMix photographer will be there to snap a professional photo with you and the team for you to share on Facebook and Twitter for free.
Begin rubbing-of-elbows Saturday night, December 10 before at the American Legion featuring live music by The Dead Winter Carpenters, Bison & Lonesome Locomotive. Doors open at 9:00 pm, all ages welcome, $10 general admission, or FREE for local snowboard/ski shop employees (must have a pay check stub. Be there for a raffle, product toss and giveaways from Salomon & Bonfire. Proceeds will benefit the Heavenly Foundation.
If you want to go ahead and get the weekend party started on Friday, be sure to head over to Lakeside Inn and Casino for Ullr’s Night of Sacrifice, featuring music from Lake Tahoe DJ, giveaways and raffles. Bring a sacrificial toy for the Toy Drive. Party starts at 8:00 pm.
Boy, I’m excited for this weekend!
