Daily Snow Report 12/31/10

Good Morning, Skiers and Riders! With multiple feet of fresh powder in the last few days and super cold overnight temps to dry out the snow and keep it fluffy, conditions are perfect for sending off 2010 in snowy style! There’s really no better way to spend the last day of the year than on the mountain!

The groomers recommend you resolve to take some runs down Ridge Bowl in CA and down Galaxy and Perimeter in NV.  Mott opened in the afternoon yesterday, so you can enjoy some steep stashes while you await our planned opening of Killebrew today!

Bundle up and be ready when lifts open at 8:30AM!

Join us at 2pm at the Heavenly Village for a family-friendly New Year’s Eve Extravaganza, with a rail jam, fireworks, the Ripperoo parade at 4:30 and the first annual Gondola Drop at 9pm!
