Weekend Update
Looks like yet another powder weekend at Heavenly! The storms just keep on rolling through! I just read through the Western Weather forecast and they’re calling for a fairly quick system to move through over the next two days dropping another 6”-12” of snow for our weekend skiing pleasure. Those of you who’ve made it out on the mountain lately know how great the conditions are. Although we’re not expecting huge amounts of snow (good thing if you’re planning to drive up for the weekend) the conditions Saturday should include some fresh untracked powder turns and the weather Sunday should come through with some blue skies.
If you’re planning a trip up from the Bay Area or Sacramento … you might encounter some snow on the roads … but it should be a trouble-free drive … and well worth it for the fresh powder. Hope to see you up on the mountain! – JW

I am booked to visit the mountain on March 8. I was just curious as to how you think conditions will be. Will there be some powder left? Are you expecting snow all the way into March?

Chad, we’re expecting four powerful snowstorms through mid-next week. You should have some superb conditions during your visit. Thanks for coming out – we appreciate your patronage!
