High Roller Dre Checks-In!
Hey everyone, it’s Dre Wisma. I hope everyone is having fun over the holidays. I have had a couple really great days skiing powder, and some even better days skiing in the Heavenly terrain park. We now have two terrain parks open, Groove Park, and Comet Park. Both parks are super fun and all the features flow together nicely. The terrain park staff has really been working hard to make sure the parks are always groomed, and they add new features to the park every week.
I am currently learning a new trick on rails, it’s called a Pretzel. A Pretzel is when you do a 270 on to the rail then do an opposite 270 off the rail. You can see me practicing in Groove Park. Come check me out!
I have planned out my competition schedule for this season. In February, I will be in Tahoe for the Winter AST Dew Tour, then heading to Colorado for the US Freeskiing Open. In March I’m going to Utah for the Queens Cup Open, and of course I’ll be going to the local competitions and exhibitions around Tahoe whenever I’m here.
I hope everyone is praying for more and more snow! See you later.
Dre
