Sho Kashima Checks In from Heavenly
April 9, 2007

Hey everyone,
I just left Tahoe today. I had an amazing time during my little vacation! The warm weather made for a great couple weeks of spring skiing! I got to see a bunch of my friends up there. I skiied in the High Roller Park a few days, and I saw Ty Dayberry killing it up there.
My last few days up at Heavenly were awesome! I got to watch a little bit of the Gunbarrel 25. It was good to see Glen charging it! Congratulations to everyone that completed the 25 runs! I took a couple runs down the Face in between my training, and I really have to give credit to everyone that entered the competition! 25 runs would take a lot out of anybody!
I’m heading back to Park City now, I’m going to start working and get back into lifting weights everyday. I learned from last year, to keep the same focus and intensity in the off season. Coming off another National Championship, I can’t slack at all. There’s still a long road to try to become the best in the world.
Anyways, I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the ski season! Be thankful for the best snowmaking technology in the world at Heavenly…otherwise you probably wouldn’t be skiing this late in a season that was so short on snow!
See you next season!

Nice job grabbing another duals title. Your lincoln loop looked so sick from right under the second jump. I couldn’t believe how high you were and how far down the bumps you landed. My buddies and I had a great time watching the comp at Killington. Congrats!
